Registration will be from February 1 to March 15. Testing will be the week of May 17-19, 2021, in the mornings at Kingwood Bible Church. The fee for the test, administration, and reporting is $60 per student.

You don't have to be a current HRM student to take the test, but you must join our website to have access to registration.

Parent Feedback
Many parents use this test as a tool to measure their child’s progress as well as to plan their upcoming school year.

Familiarization With Testing
The second reason to test would be to familiarize your students with standardized testing. This will better prepare them when taking the PSAT, SAT, and ACT if they decide to apply for college. This is also helpful if you have children with test anxiety as it gives them opportunities to work through this fear.

Acceptance Into The Home School National Honor Society
The third reason would be for qualification for some organization or club. The Stanford Achievement Test is an accepted test for entrance into the Home School National Honor Society. Our local chapter, Epsilon, is the leadership group of the CHATA service organization through the HEART homeschool group ( There are possibly other organizations like this that might require testing.

HRM Elementary Academy

HRM Elementary Academy is a partnership education program where students in grades 3-5 learn from a qualified teacher in a classroom setting one day a week on Tuesdays, while the parents reinforce the learning experience with guided lessons during the week. Grades are not given, but teachers will assist the parents in determining mastery and evaluating progress.

HRM Secondary Academy

These academic classes are taught from a biblical worldview. Classes meet two days each week for two semesters, unless noted otherwise. Degreed teachers direct the instruction, discussions, and assignments in a small group setting. The student benefits from the competitive spirit found in the classroom setting, and the parents benefit from the complete course preparation, instruction, and grading. Leadership and mentoring opportunities are encouraged in the small classroom setting. Class sizes are limited for optimal learning and instruction. Registration opens in late March and concludes July 31. Classes begin after Labor Day.

Super Friday

Super Friday is an enrichment program for home schooling students age two and older. Classes have been developed to give area home schooling families fun and exciting ways to explore extra-curricular topics, hobbies, and interests in a safe and loving atmosphere. The classes are designed to come alongside your own home school program, not replace it! Every semester offers new class choices for the students.
