Prom 2021 is scheduled for Saturday, April 24, from 6-11 pm at The Overlook.

Registration will be from February 1 to March 15. Testing will be the week of May 17-19, 2021, in the mornings at Kingwood Bible Church. The fee for the test, administration, and reporting is $60 per student.

You don't have to be a current HRM student to take the test, but you must join our website to have access to registration.

Parent Feedback
Many parents use this test as a tool to measure their child’s progress as well as to plan their upcoming school year.

Familiarization With Testing
The second reason to test would be to familiarize your students with standardized testing. This will better prepare them when taking the PSAT, SAT, and ACT if they decide to apply for college. This is also helpful if you have children with test anxiety as it gives them opportunities to work through this fear.

Acceptance Into The Home School National Honor Society
The third reason would be for qualification for some organization or club. The Stanford Achievement Test is an accepted test for entrance into the Home School National Honor Society. Our local chapter, Epsilon, is the leadership group of the CHATA service organization through the HEART homeschool group (homeschool-life.com/506/signup). There are possibly other organizations like this that might require testing.

Super Friday Tuition and Fees- Spring 2021

Registration

$50 for the first child, $25 each for any additional children (maximum registration fee per family $125)

$25 late fee for any registrations after January 8, 2021

Early Childhood (2-6 years old as of 9/1/2020) $245

Elementary, Junior High (7-13 as of 9/1/2020) $225

Due Dates, Refund and Reimbursement Policies

Registration fees are due at the time of online registration. If we are unable to open due to Covid-19 regulations, registration fees will be refunded. Otherwise, registration fees are non-refundable.

Tuition first half as well as ALL Class fees and Supply Fees will be due on December 18, 2020. You will receive an emailed invoice approximately a week before this date. (You may pay the balance in full at this time.) A late fee of $15 will be assessed after this date, and class enrollments may be lost.

Tuition second half is due on January 8, 2021. A late fee of $15 will be assessed after this date and class enrollments may be lost.

All balances must be paid before the first day of Super Friday for students to be allowed to attend.

Parents who choose to withdraw from the program before January 8 may receive a full refund of tuition and class fees paid. Registration fees are non-refundable.

Parents who choose to withdraw from the program on or before January 29 may receive a refund of half of the tuition paid. After January 29, no refunds will be issued, unless we are unable to meet due to government regulations. (See Covid Plan Document)

Class Fees and Supply Fees are non-refundable once classes begin.

Scholarships for those in need of financial assistance for up to half of the cost of tuition are available on a limited basis. Please contact Anne Trapani at annetrapani@homerunministries.com for a scholarship form. Scholarships are only awarded after registration has taken place. Forms must be submitted by December 11, 2020.
